Ely Community Health Center is proud to offer free and discounted, non-emergency healthcare and dental services to our area residents.

• Basic, non-emergency medical care
• Dental hygiene services
• Restorative dental referrals
• Lab and X-ray referrals (these are not currently available on site)
• Medication assistance
• Community referrals and connections
• MNSure navigation services and help applying for health insurance including public programs like Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare
