Harvest Moon Festival

September 10-12, 2021

We are already planning our 2021 Harvest MoonFestival.  While things are looking different these days, the Ely Chamber of Commerce is working hard to create a safe and enjoyable art & craft festival.  This year marks the 27th running of the Harvest Moon Festival.  Each year the event draws 10,000 to 15,000 festival-goers across the three-day event.  With modifications for health and safety, we anticipate that approximately 140 artists, crafters, and makers will participate in the 2021 event.  Closer to the date, we will post our Covid-19 plan for both our vendors and festival-goers.

Friday, September 10 - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday, September 11 - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sunday, September 12 - 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.


Artists, Crafters & Makers

For those who registered for the 2020 Harvest Moon Festival, we will be sending out 2021 registration forms in early January.  Those returning vendors will have until April 1, 2021, to register and pay for their booth space for this year's festival.

For those who were not registered for the 2020 event, we have a jury application that can be submitted at any time.  There is a non-refundable $25.00 jury application fee.  On April 15, our judges will review all jury applications received to date and select applications to fill any remaining booth space.  Those who are selected will be notified by email and need to submit booth payment within two weeks of notification.  We do not allow BUY/SELL or SALES REPS in the festival.  All products must be original and made by the individual submitting the application.  We encourage all who are considering a jury application to review our Festival Policies below.
